Wolfpak Decals sheet 72-089 "Checkmate" provides markings for a New York ANG F-102A, 347th TFW F-4E and a Hill AFB-based F-35A. The airframes are:
- F-102A-65-CO 56-1223 from the 102nd FIS, New York ANG at Suffolk County Airport during 1974. It carried the South East Asian scheme comprising FS34079, FS34102 and FS30219 upper surfaces with FS36622 lower surfaces. On the fin was a large white band containing a blue band with the ANG patch and "NEW YORK" in black, and it carried "23" on the upper fin;
- F-4E-36-MC 67-0392 from the 70th TFS, 347th TFW at Moody AFB during 1985. It wore the 2nd version of the European 1 scheme, comprising FS36081, FS34079 and FS34102. Markings included a blue/white chequered fin band, squadron (left) and wing (right) badges on the intakes and two red starts on the left intake splitter as this aircraft was credited with two MiG kills over North Korea during 1972. The lower windshield and canopy sills were black, and it carried black "MY" and "70 TFS" tail codes;
- F-35A 13-5071 from the 34th FS at Hill AFB during 2015. It carried the standard F-35A scheme, being overall FS36170 with all panel lines in a slightly lighter colour. All markings were in a lighter grey, with "HL" tailcodes.
Wolfpak provides detailed history, colour and weapons information for each type, with a colour side view of each aircraft and black/white camouflage scheme drawings.
Decals, by Fantasy Printshop, are in good register although the white does not appear fully opaque on the sheet.
