Title IPMS National Convention 2010
Types Featured F-4C, AH-64D

Each year, IPMS USA sponsors a special decal sheet which is only available at their National Convention.  To celebrate this year's event, held in Phoenix, Arizona, Two Bobs have produced a sheet focusing on aircraft from Arizona-based units. Two specific units and types have been chosen - F-4Cs from the 58th TFTW in special high-vis markings, and AH-64Ds from the Arizona Army National Guard.

The airframes featured are:-

  • F-4C 63-7550 "LA" from the 58th TFTW based at Luke AFB. Painted in standard SEA colours (FS34079, FS34102, FS30219 and FS36622), this aircraft had white/red stripes on the upper fuselage and wings, with a red fin cap and tailplane tips
  • F-4C 63-7584 "LA" from the 58th TFTW based at Luke AFB. Again in standard SEA but with black/white stripes multi-coloured fin flash and blue tailplane tips
  • F-4C 64-7816 "LA" from the 58th TFTW based at Luke AFB. Again in standard SEA but with yellow/white stripes, red fin cap and tailplane tips

The sheet is well printed with everything in register, the decal film itself is thin and there is very little overlap of film.

The instructions are printed in color and comprise left and right views (where needed)  together with upper surface diagrams, color details and additional references.
