2007 East Midlands Model Show

As usual, this was a really nice show - not too crowded but very friendly.  The SIG was supported (as always!) by SIG Leader Haydn, myself, Ted Bayliss and Phil Butler, with cameo appearances from several other members...

We used my baseboards for this event - I will put together an article about these soon.  Rather than getting all of the models out, we chose to try and replicate a more realistic "ramp" display with fewer aircraft, spaced out.  This seemed to go down really well - all comments about it were positive and I suspect we'll be doing this again in the future.  We had around 45 aircraft on display, where normally we would have 65-70!
